It all began when Anton and Jakob talked about start a band. They discussed about what musicians who would fit, and gathered everyone at Lars basement. It was march 5th 2006 and a new band was born..

At first Random Sound borrowed a local where they could practice their songs, which lead to a recording of a demo in the summer of 2006.

Random Sounds first concert took place november 2nd 2006 at KvällsRocken, which is an arrangement for local bands in Värnamo. After that very first concert was over 40 records sold and Random Sound was a wellknown name by the local people.

A man named Erik Lindqvist got to know the band and followed them to their concerts. He offered himself to work for the band with promotion and fixing concerts. The band and Erik discussed it and agreed that he would work as a manager for Random Sound.

Random Sound continued to produce a lot of songs, and soon they had enough material for a new demo. Victor got in contact with Andreas Ahlénius, which is an wellknown producer. Mr. Ahlénius listened to their first demo and he thought it was ok, so he booked Random Sound to produce their second demo, named "Second Wave". This was the real start for the band. They were very pleasant with the songs they recorded, and thought, this is it! Let Random Sound be a name people will know!

Anton played alot at home, and came up with new material all the time. In the spring 2008 the band decided that they would record an EP, which again will be recorded at Andreas Ahlénius studio. Random Sound was in the studio for two weeks to record the latest 7 songs, which the band has big hope for. Random Sound is ready for the big step to the world as the new record says, "We are going in..".
