Biography:
Ricky Carden got his first guitar as a loaner from his mom's ex-husband while he was a junior in high school. He had friends that played and he saw how the girls were attracted to the instrument and how the person playing was the life of the party. So he started practicing and it never seemed to click. He tells of how he was run out of every house he tried to play at because he was so awful. He says " I woke up one day and it all just worked I had rythm and could play and sing at the same time. It's like it was a gift given directly from God all at once." *************************************************************************************************************************************************** Ricky has shared the stage with tons of great acts such as Wayne Mills Band, Ethan, Daniel Lee, Angie Aparo, Rollin in the Hay, Rick Carter, Suburban Love Junkies, Caddle, Blue Epic, Cloud 10, Lynam, Aeolian, Sound and Shape, Curtis Smith, Adelayda, Harry Case, Corn Bread, Lindsey Hinkle, Will Dooley, Bally Hoo, and many others. *************************************************************************************************************************************************** Things are really starting to look great for this singer songwriter. His shows are starting to catch fire with crowds rarely less than 150. His stage presence speaks for itself as he weaves stories in between orginals and covers. If you ever have the chance to make a show then you'll know what all the buzz is about and why people keep coming to see him. He is a genuine person how loves to meet and talk with anyone. Don't wait until you have to pay big bucks to see this artist perform and you don't get to meet him personally. If things keep going the way they are the stars are the limit for this exceptional performer.
